Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Stasis State LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”) concerning your use of this website (survivorx.stasisstate.com) and the Android apps Survivor-X (Free) and Survivor-X, the paid app (together, the “Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services, including all source code, software, audio, video, text, artwork, and graphics (the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos in them, are owned or controlled by Stasis State LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the apps on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Accounts

Survivor-X (Free) and Survivor-X have no Stasis State accounts. Optional Play Games sign-in uses your Google account and is governed by Google's terms. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and device.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the software, except where law permits it despite this restriction.
• Circumvent or attempt to disable security features or Google Play verification mechanisms.
• Transmit malicious code or exploit vulnerabilities in the Services or in Google's services they use.

5. Purchases and Advertising

Survivor-X, the paid app, is a separate app, not an in-app purchase or subscription. Neither app currently integrates in-app billing. Purchases through an app marketplace are processed by that marketplace; billing, refunds, and payment disputes are governed primarily by Google Play's Terms of Service and refund policies. Survivor-X (Free) may show advertising flows; see the privacy policy for what is currently integrated.

6. Your Game Data and Termination

Game progress is stored on your device and, if you enable Play Games or Android backup, in Google-hosted copies. We may suspend or end your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms. To stop using the Services, uninstall the apps; to remove data, see Data Deletion.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stasis State LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Stasis State LLC, its officers, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date above changes when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Stasis State LLC and you irrevocably consent that the state and federal courts have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Terms.
