Survivor-X and Survivor-X Premium

This section applies to Survivor-X: Astral Forge (Survivor-X) and Survivor-X Premium, published by Stasis State LLC. Both editions are playable offline and have no Stasis State accounts or game backend. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send.

• Local game data: Saves, progression, lifetime statistics, preferences, and cloud-sync state are kept in Android-protected app storage on your device. Run saves are encrypted at rest. Random installation identifiers support local analytics and save synchronization; they are not advertising IDs.
• Run analytics: The “Run analytics” setting records gameplay statistics, waves, drafts, and shop choices to a local file for balance analysis. It defaults to off in release builds and on in debug builds. The game does not upload this file or include it in Android backups. No remote analytics or crash-reporting SDK is integrated.
• Advertising: Neither edition currently integrates an advertising SDK, displays real network-served ads, or accesses the advertising ID. The free edition's reward and advertising flows currently use a local placeholder. We will update this policy before introducing a live advertising service or additional data collection.
• Google Play Games Services: Cloud-save support is implemented but disabled in the current default configuration. In a build configured for Play Games, Google collects SDK analytics and diagnostics for SDK stability and product improvements while the SDK is active. When you sign in, Google also processes your player identity (gamer ID, gamertag, avatar), saved progression, and lifetime statistics. These support sign-in, saved-game synchronization, and diagnostics. In-progress runs and local run-analytics files are not uploaded. Play Games communicates through Google Play services with encryption in transit; the game itself has no internet permission. You can play offline without signing in. See the Google Privacy Policy and Play Games data disclosure. We do not operate a server receiving these saves or share them with advertisers. The game does not use Play Games achievements, leaderboards, friends, or events.
• Android backup: If enabled in your device settings, Android may back up your profile, lifetime statistics, and settings through its backup service. Mid-run saves are excluded from cloud backup; on Android 12 and later they may transfer directly to a replacement device. Run analytics and installation identifiers are excluded from backup and device transfer. Backup handling is subject to your device settings and service provider.
• Progress import: Premium can copy progress from the free edition directly on the same device through a signature-protected Android provider. This does not use the internet.
• Purchases: Premium is a separate paid-app distribution, rather than an in-app upgrade or subscription. No in-app billing SDK is integrated. Any Google Play purchase is handled by Google under its terms; we do not receive payment-card details.
• Retention and deletion: Local data remains until removed from your device. Clearing storage or uninstalling removes local game data, but does not delete existing Google backups or Play Games saves. Backups or cloud sync can restore progress. If you used Play Games, delete the game's data through Play Games or your Google Account and manage Android backups separately. Google's retention rules apply to data it holds. See our Survivor-X deletion instructions.
• Support correspondence: We use your email address, message, and any attachments you provide to answer your request. We keep correspondence as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment details. Contact privacy@stasisstate.com to request deletion of correspondence we hold.

Children's Privacy

Survivor-X is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@stasisstate.com.

Website and Support

This static website is hosted by GitHub Pages. We add no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or contact forms. GitHub processes visitor connection information, including IP addresses, to operate and secure hosting. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Your Privacy Requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Contact privacy@stasisstate.com to exercise those rights. Google-hosted data is managed through your Google account. We do not sell your personal information.
